Small Diameter Adapter. All Chevy & GMC 4-Wheel Drive Trucks with 5.0L & 5.7L V-8’s from 1988 – 2000 Require the Small Diameter Adapter.

Part Number 15403 - Most Chevy & GMC V-8’s Prior to 2001 (Except 4-Wheel Drive V-8’s After 1988) Require this Large Diameter Sandwich Adapter. All 7.4L (454 and 8.1L (All Years).
