If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, just return the item within 30 days from the date it was shipped for an exchange or refund. Please refer to our Return/Exchange policy below for procedures. Sorry, any shipping and handling charges incurred are not refundable.

Return/Exchange Policy

The following steps will ensure a smooth return:

1. Fill out the Return Authorization Request Form. You will be e-mailed a return authorization number with instructions.
2. Re-pack the items securely in the original packaging. Product must be un-installed, complete and in original condition.
3. Enclose a copy of the return authorization number and be certain to write the Return Authorization number on the Shipping Label.
4. Ship prepaid via your preferred method. We recommend insuring your package and obtaining delivery confirmation. Please retain your tracking number.
5. Any product found to be non-defective is subject to a minimum restocking fee of fifteen percent. All shipping and handling charges incurred are not refundable.
6. Painted items are not returnable for any reason.

Damaged Goods

For orders that ship via FedEx: In the event that your item arrives damaged, please notify our Customer Service department immediately and we will have a replacement shipped to you. You must retain all original packaging. A damage call tag will be issued and the carrier will pick the item up for inspection and return it to us.

For orders that ship via truck freight: At the time of delivery, before accepting / signing for the shipment, you must make every effort to inspect your items while the driver is present. If it is not possible to inspect each item, make a visual inspection of the items and note ANY damage, no matter how minor. You must write this on your Bill of Lading / carrier shipping document(s) as 'ITEMS DAMAGED, SUBJECT TO INSPECTION'. This is important, as it protects you if a freight claim needs to be filed. If you do not follow these instructions, we cannot be held responsible for your freight claim.

Warranties & Defective Merchandise

BuyAutoTruckAccessories.com honors each manufacturer's warranty. Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced as specified by the products manufacturer. Unless otherwise noted, merchandise can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the ship date. Please refer to our Return/Exchange policy above for procedures. Customer is responsible for return shipping and handling.

Cancellation Policy

BuyAutoTruckAccessories.com's goal is to provide the fastest possible service to our Customers. In order to accomplish this goal, orders are processed shortly after they are received. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order. We recommend that all customers wishing to cancel an order do so by phone as quickly as possible during our customer service phone hours.

To cancel your order, please call us toll-free at 1-866-205-5299 between 7:30 am to 8pm EST M-F, and 8:30 am to 4pm EST on Saturday. You may email us your request to cancel an order, however we recommend that you call your cancellation request in.

If we were unable to cancel your order, you may fill out the Return Authorization Request Form.
