- How do I place an order?
Below are the Seven Easy Steps To Place An Order. You can cancel your order at anytime during the order process, and you won't be charged for anything until your order has been shipped.
STEP 1: Shop for Products
When you find a item you want, press the "Add to Cart" button to add it to your "Shopping Cart". You will then be taken to a screen, which will display all the items currently in your cart. Items may be added or deleted at any time from this screen, which displays your shopping cart.
STEP 2: Add, Modify, or Delete items
To continue adding items, click the "Continue Shopping" button or use the menu at the side of the screen to navigate to your desired location. If you wish to increase or decrease the quantity of an item you have already ordered, simply adjust the number of units in the space provided.
STEP 3: Proceed to Checkout
When you have completed your shopping, press the "Proceed to Checkout" button if your viewing your shopping cart. To view your shopping cart simply click the shopping cart icon at the top of the screen.
STEP 4: Enter Your Billing Information
Fill in your billing address and your contact information. For security purposes, your billing address must match the address that your credit card statement is mailed to.
STEP 5: Tell Us How to Ship Your Order
Please indicate the street address of your residence or business. This will only be necessary if you have indicated in STEP 4 that your shipping address is different from your billing address.
STEP 6: Tell Us How You Will Pay For Your Order
Here is where you tell us which credit card you want your order charged to. For credit card security purposes, your billing address must match the address that your credit card statement is mailed.
STEP 7: Place Your Order
When you press the "Place Your Order" button your on-line order will be securely submitted to us. You may still cancel your order if it has not been shipped. However, once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. - How long will it take for my order to get to me?
Orders received before 5:00 PM Eastern Time will ship the same business day on in stock items. Most orders placed are received by the customer in 1-5 business days. The only time any order may take longer, is in the event of a back order on a product or if the customer ordered a product that had to be shipped via truck freight. Should this apply, you will be contacted by a BuyAutoTruckAccessories.com customer service representative.
- Is my personal/credit card information safe with your website?
Yes all of our customers personal information is totally secure. Our shopping cart is XRamp SSL Secure for safety, and we do not give out any of your personal information to any other companies.
- Will you always have everything in stock?
We are committed to having all popular items in stock, however with a large inventory of applications on our website, it's impossible for us to stock everything!
- Will you ship to a P.O. Box?
No. FedEx requires a street address for delivery.
- Why am I being charged shipping?
You are being charged shipping for one of two reasons:
1. Your order total was less than $100.00
Orders of $1.00 – $49.99 are charged $10.00 for shipping
Orders of $50.00 – $99.99 are charged $5.00 for shipping.
2. Your cart contains an item which is considered “Oversized” by our shipping company and therefore extra handling charges apply.

- What about international orders?
BuyAutoTruckAccessories.com does not currently ship products out of the United States via this website. International customers may still order by contacting a BuyAutoTruckAccessories.com customer service representative via our email form. International customers are responsible for making all shipping arrangements. Duties, taxes, tariffs, freight cost, etc. are all the responsibility of the customer. All goods must be paid for in U.S. currency via money order in advance to the order being picked up.
- Can I check the status of an order I placed?
We will send you an order acknowledgement email promptly after receiving your order on the web site, so you get verification that your order was properly received. We will also send you a shipment confirmation email when your order leaves our warehouse and is on its way to you. Order status can be checked on-line. Click here to go to the Account Login Page.
- When do you charge my credit card?
Except for Special Orders and some Drop Shipments we will not charge your credit card until your order has been verified and is ready for shipment.
- Does BuyAutoTruckAccessories.com collect sales tax?
With the exception of a very small percentage of drop-ship orders, only orders shipped to an address in New Jersey will be charged a 7% Sales Tax.
- What do I do if my browser froze or if my credit info was entered incorrectly?
Our website has a safeguard to prevent individuals from committing fraud by trying to use a stack of credit card numbers for the same order to find one that is accepted.
If you entered your credit card information incorrectly, then corrected it, you will then received the Duplicate Transaction message. Just wait 15 minutes and try again.
If your browser froze, crashed, or reset after the submit button was pressed our system probably has your order even though you have not received an order confirmation. Go to "My Account" and login to review order history or you can email us.
- How do the warranties work?
All parts are covered only by the Manufacturer's Warranties and/or Guarantees. BuyAutoTruckAccessories.com, Inc. can not assume responsibility for use or application by the user. We have made every effort to ensure that the information on this website is correct. However any typographical or printing errors, Prices or Specifications (subject to change) will be corrected without prior notice.

Our customer service team is trained to handle many technical situations and is happy to assist you any way they can. You may contact them via email. Additionally, many manufacturers list a tech line number or email address on the product's instructions.

- How does the quality of your products compare to cheaper brands?
Our policy is to carry products that have a reputation for quality. These products are designed to last...in most cases, for the life of the vehicle.
We do not carry the lower quality discount brands due to customer satisfaction issues.
- How do your products compare to dealer brands?
Many car dealerships and manufacturers purchase aftermarket accessories for new vehicles from the same manufacturers that make our products.
- Will aftermarket automotive parts void my vehicle's warranty?
Most properly installed products will not void your original vehicle manufacturers warranty. However, if you experience a problem with an uncooperative dealership point out the provisions of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty - Federal Trade Commission Improvement Act.
- What material are the RAZZI® Ground Effects Packages made out of?
All RAZZI® Ground Effects parts are manufactured using primer gray colored AERO-FLEX®, RAZZI's own specially formulated proprietary “ABS” composite plastic material. These are NOT Fiberglass or Urethane parts!
- What is ABS?
Acrylinitrile Butadiene Styrene, or ABS, is a blend of chemicals which make the special RAZZI kind of plastic. There are many different "grades" of ABS type plastic. RAZZI uses the very best grades, which are then blended together, using RAZZI's secret formula to make AERO-FLEX®. This is the very best material available for the manufacturing of Ground Effects type products. AERO-FLEX® is proprietary to RAZZI.
- Why does RAZZI® Ground Effects use ABS material for their Ground Effects Packages?
The RAZZI® Ground Effects Packages are not soft and rubbery like some Ground Effects Packages that are made out of a urethane plastic (which are very hard to paint and difficult to install). The AERO-FLEX® ABS Ground Effects packages are more rigid like fiberglass but do not crack like fiberglass parts will. Also, parts made out of fiberglass are usually very poor fitting compared to AERO-FLEX® parts, which are commonly referred to as the "best fitting" parts in the Ground Effects industry.
Many years ago, RAZZI and Bayer Corporation combined technologies to develop the very best plastic material to use for manufacturing Ground Effects type products; and the proprietary formula for AERO-FLEX® material was the result. Having been upgraded at least four times since it's beginning, the RAZZI AERO-FLEX® material, today still remains the best material for Ground Effects. It is very, very similiar in composition to the "high-tech" plastics being used today to make some parts on vehicles -- like the Saturn. AERO-FLEX® is NOT a "urethane" material and it is NOT a "fiberglass" material. The accurate definition of AERO-FLEX® is that it is a "co-extruded ABS composite plastic" material - a very "high tech" plastic.
- I'm looking for a specific product I didn't see on your web site. Do you carry it?
Possibly. Although our website is updated frequently, It still may not reflect our entire inventory to date. We carry thousands of items, and not all are listed on our web site. Contact our Customer Service Team during normal business hours and we will be glad to help you!
- Do you have retail outlets?
Sorry, we do not have any brick-and-mortar retail outlets at this time.

- How does the program work?

You will also receive an email notification each time your EZ-CASH account has earned EZ-CASH Dollars (every time your referrals complete a purchase). EZ-CASH Dollars earned are not eligible for use until 30 days after the purchase is completed.
- How is EZ-CASH distributed?
EZ-CASH may be redeemed for purchases on BuyAutoTruckAccessories.com or for CASH!
To redeem for purchase, select the items you wish to purchase, and indicate how much EZ-CASH you would like to apply to this purchase when you are asked for payment method during checkout.

- Is there a limit to what I can spend using EZ-CASH?
You may spend any amount of EZ-CASH that you have accumulated in your account. When proceeding to checkout with your purchase and you elect to apply your EZ-CASH to all or part of the purchase, if you don't have enough EZ-CASH to pay for the entire order, the cart will prompt you for another payment method.
- Can I receive real cash for the bonuses I have earned?
Yes! Simply click on the "EZ-CASH OUT" button at the bottom of our homepage and follow the instructions. - How long can I receive EZ-CASH bonuses from people I refer to BuyAutoTruckAccessories.com?

- Is there a limit to how many customers I refer to this site?
No, you may invite any number of friends or referrals to join the EZ-CASH program and receive 3% EZ-CASH on every purchase they make. Your referrals that make a purchase also become members and receive 1% on their purchases and 3% on purchases made by people that they refer.
- Is there a maximum to the amount of EZ-CASH that I can earn?
No, there is no limitation on the amount of EZ-CASH you earn. EZ-CASH earned may be subject to tax liability. Any tax liability, including disclosure, connected with the receipt or use of BuyAutoTruckAccessories.com's EZ-CASH Program is the responsibility of the member.
- Why haven't I received my EZ-CASH bonus right away?
When a customer referred by you makes a purchase at www.BuyAutoTruckAccessories.com, you earn 3% of their purchase total. This amount will not be reflected in your account balance until 30 days from the date of the referral's purchase (as stated in the EZ-CASH Program rules).
- Can I use my EZ-CASH to shop on other websites?
No. EZ-CASH membership and its benefits are offered only for use at BuyAutoTruckAccessories.com, or distributed as cash.
- Can my EZ-CASH be given to someone else?
