EZ-CASH Official Rules

Program:
The BuyAutoTruckAccessories.com EZ-CASH Program is herein referred to as "the Program". EZ-CASH Dollars earned and accumulated by members are herein referred to as "EZ-CASH".

Joining the Program earns ALL customers 1% cash back on EVERY one of their purchases.

New Members earn Double the EZ-CASH (an EXTRA 1% EZ-CASH back) on their first purchase if they use a "Referral Code" when they join.

A "Referral Code" is an existing member's EZ-CASH ID used by other first time customers when THEY join the Program.

To join:
Customers shopping at BuyAutoTruckAccessories.com automatically join when they complete their purchase. Their order confirmation then directs them to their new EZ-CASH ID number, and offers suggestions for promoting this EZ-CASH ID so they obtain the maximum benefit from joining EZ-CASH. Upon receiving this ID number, you will earn 1% of your own purchases and 3% of all purchases by people whom you refer.

You may also join by visiting the website www.BuyAutoTruckAccessories.com and creating a new EZ-CASH Account. Just click on either "Join EZ-CASH" or "My Account" and provide the requested information. After joining the Program, an EZ-CASH membership ID number will be assigned to you. Upon receiving this ID number, you will earn 1% of your own purchases and 3% of all purchases by people whom you refer.

Referrals who use a member's EZ-CASH ID as their "Referral Code" (when they join) earn Double the EZ-CASH (2%) while earning the original member Triple EZ-CASH on EVERY purchase that the referral makes - even on all of their future purchases the original member continues to earn Triple EZ-CASH (3%).

EZ-CASH membership and its benefits are offered at the discretion of BuyAutoTruckAccessories.com. BuyAutoTruckAccessories.com has the right to change, limit, modify or cancel the Program rules, regulations, and credit levels at any time, with or without notice. BuyAutoTruckAccessories.com may, among other things: (a) increase or decrease the number of points/rewards per dollar purchased; (b) withdraw, limit, modify, or cancel any EZ-CASH; (c) restrict the continued availability of EZ-CASH; (d) change the Program benefits, conditions of participation, rules for earning, redeeming, retaining, or forfeiting EZ-CASH, or rules governing the use of EZ-CASH. The accumulation of EZ-CASH does not entitle members to any vested rights with respect to EZ-CASH, or to the Program benefits.

Participation in the Program is subject to the terms and conditions, rules, regulations, policies and procedures ("Program Rules") that BuyAutoTruckAccessories.com may, in its discretion, adopt from time to time. BuyAutoTruckAccessories.com may amend the Program Rules at any time without notice. BuyAutoTruckAccessories.com has the sole discretion to interpret and apply the Program Rules.

The accumulation of EZ-CASH is subject to the Program Rules. Each member is responsible for reading the Program Rules in order to understand his or her rights, responsibilities, and status in the program.

The Program structure is subject to modification, cancellation, or limitation at BuyAutoTruckAccessories.com's discretion, with or without notice. The required minimum EZ-CASH accumulated to redeem any “EZ-CASH OUT” reward is $50.00 and may be increased or decreased at any time. Any accumulated EZ-CASH may be withdrawn, and restrictions on any EZ-CASH or its redemption may be imposed at any time.

Additionally, BuyAutoTruckAccessories.com has the right to discontinue the EZ-CASH Program with a 30-day notice by posting a written notification on BuyAutoTruckAccessories.com.

An account may be closed at BuyAutoTruckAccessories.com's discretion if no EZ-CASH is accrued during an 18-month period. All EZ-CASH in the account will be forfeited at that time.

NO affiliated programs control the redemption and distribution of the Program.

EZ-CASH earned may be subject to tax liability. Any tax liability, including disclosure, connected with the receipt or use of BuyAutoTruckAccessories.com’s EZ-CASH Program is the responsibility of the member.

In the case of fraud or abuse involving EZ-CASH, point credit, or EZ-CASH use, BuyAutoTruckAccessories.com has the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, and all EZ-CASH earned through the Program may be forfeited and the account closed.

The awarding of EZ-CASH and the redemption of EZ-CASH are void where prohibited by law.

You may be provided with the ability to use usernames, passwords, or other codes or devices to gain access to restricted portions of the BuyAutoTruckAccessories.com site. The content contained in such restricted areas is confidential to BuyAutoTruckAccessories.com, and is provided to you for your personal use only. We reserve the right to prohibit the use of such access codes on your behalf by third parties where we determine that such use interferes with our site's operation or results in commercial benefits for other entities to our detriment.

Account Activity / Status

A BuyAutoTruckAccessories.com EZ-CASH Program member can easily check their account status by logging into “My Account” at www.BuyAutoTruckAccessories.com. You will also receive an email notification each time your EZ-CASH account has earned EZ-CASH Dollars (every time your referrals complete purchases). EZ-CASH Dollars earned through your referrals (3%) are not eligible for use until 30 days after their purchase is completed. You shall be responsible for advising BuyAutoTruckAccessories.com of any change of address and BuyAutoTruckAccessories.com shall have no responsibility for misdirected or lost mail or any consequences thereof.
